Corporate Solution Options:
1. Own server(s) and we install / implement messaging solution.  Charges are, i.e. one-time set up fee, license fee (concurrent users), maintenance fee (for free upgrades).

2. Rent it - We are Application Service Provider, customers can use our server via their Internet connection.  We will provide clients (desktop and/or PC).  Charges are one-time setup fee and maintenance fee (charging by a number of concurrent users).

3. ICSS (Interactive Customer Support System) - A package solution for those who want to have an instant customer service page. Their customers do not need to install Jabber desktop clients, there is a program which allows them to chat with customer rep.

 

Our corporate messaging solution? 

q      IMChat is a text-based messaging solution (known as Instant Messaging ® IM) allowing real-time communication across different platforms, i.e. PC-to-PC, mobile-to-mobile, or PC-to-mobile.

q      A cross between telephone, SMS, and email

q      Much less expensive compared to SMS or MMS as its cost is calculated by actual data transferred with no 140-character limitation

Note: IMChat Corporate Solution supports message sending/receiving, file transfer, Log history, presence management, etc.

 

'License (users)' means concurrent users (users on at the same time).

The 'monthly charge' may vary according to usage (if user numbers drop in any month, the monthly charge goes down also).

This License is like a "Rent", which means clients can use services from our server through the Internet. The server setup and application installation requirements have already been configured and taken care of by us.  
A virtual host configuration allows clients to, though still using our server resources, have their own domain name, e.g. www.clientsdomain.com

To have the virtual host setup, clients need to provide us with a domain name, and IP address.

Options:
It is possible to use your own server = Additional £600 for our remote setup fee.
Rebranding of the application is allowed:
New logo = Additional £300
Full user interface customisation = Additional £2500
